I. PRICES
All product prices indicated on the website include VAT and other taxes that may apply. However, these prices do not include the costs corresponding to the shipping of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Client.
II. AVAILABILITY
VG Caravaning informs the Client that the number of units available is kept updated with stock in warehouse and availability by our suppliers. In no case will VG Caravaning intentionally offer for sale more units than it has or the supplier has reserved for it.
VG Caravaning will do everything possible to satisfy all its Customers in the demand for the products.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to lack of availability does not give the right to cancel the entire order. If, as a result of this cancellation, the customer wants to return the delivered product, they must follow what is stipulated in the Return section.
II. PAY
The Client agrees to pay at the time the order is placed. The rates corresponding to the relevant shipping costs will be added to the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the Client before formalizing the purchase itself.
The ticket or proof of purchase that corresponds to the purchase order will be available and will be sent by email to the address indicated.
The Customer must pay the amount corresponding to their order by payment via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), Bizum, Paypal or bank transfer. The card with which the payment is made must have a Spanish bank or savings bank as the issuing financial institution. Card payment is made with its security protocols.
The Client must notify VG Caravaning of any improper or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, in the shortest period of time possible so that VG Caravaning can carry out the appropriate procedures.
III. SECURITY
VG Caravaning has the maximum security measures commercially available in the sector. In addition, the payment process works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Client's computer and that of the Website. In this way, using the SSL protocol guarantees:
That the Client is communicating their data to the VG Caravaning server center and not to anyone else who tries to impersonate it. That between the Client and the VG Caravaning server center the data is transmitted encrypted, preventing its possible reading or manipulation by third parties.
IV. FORMALIZATION OF ORDERS
Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, VG Caravaning will always send an email to the CUSTOMER confirming the details of the purchase made.
V. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

The minimum age allowed for purchase will be 18 years.
I. Product delivery
VG Caravaning undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client on the order form, and which in any case must be within the delivery areas and/or countries indicated in the purchase process. In order to optimize delivery, we appreciate the Customer indicating an address to which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
Damage caused by transportation must be indicated and notified to the shipping agency at the time of delivery. If these damages are not notified and reflected at the time of delivery, VG Caravaning is not responsible for the damages.
VG Caravaning will not be responsible for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the order form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.
II. Delivery term
We will send shipments through an external courier company. The order placed by you will be delivered to you within a maximum period of 10 working days from when we have confirmed the order. Although the usual delivery time usually ranges between 1 and 3 days, from the completion of the order.
These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, it is possible that they vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, VG Caravaning will inform its clients as soon as it becomes aware of them. Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Client, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to VG Caravaning for reasons beyond our control, the Client may return their order in accordance with the procedure described in the "Return Policy" Section. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the Client by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Client.
Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will be sent an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.
For security reasons, VG Caravaning will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.
III. Delivery Data, Unmade Deliveries and Loss
If the Customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a receipt indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery or collection at the courier company's warehouse. VG Caravaning contracts, as part of the courier delivery service, to carry out a series of monitoring actions, aimed at guaranteeing that the delivery occurs.
If delivery has not been arranged after 7 business days after delivery of the order, the Client must contact VG Caravaning. If the Client does not do so, after 10 business days from the order's departure for delivery, it will be returned to our warehouses and the Client must be responsible for the shipping and return costs of the merchandise to its origin, as well as the possible associated management costs.
If the reason why the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks.
IV. Diligence in delivery
The Client must check the good condition of the package before the carrier who, on behalf of VG Caravaning, delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging for possible claim for breakage in transport. . If, subsequently, once the product has been received, the Client detects any incident such as a knock, breakage, signs of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, VG Caravaing will not be responsible for it (only parts under warranty).
The maximum material return period will be 14 days after purchase.
- To request a return you must send the request to the following email address: info@vgcaravaning.es indicating the invoice number.
- The product will be returned with shipping paid by the customer, with prior authorization from VG CARAVANING and once its condition has been verified, the payment will be made if applicable.
- In no case will shipping costs be paid.
- In orders with free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- Electrical material is not eligible for returns.
- Open/broken packaging is not returnable.
- Material used is not returnable.
- The money refund will be made in the same payment method of the purchase within a maximum period of 7 days.
Cancellation of an order placed that has not yet been shipped must contact the VG caravaning order department to proceed with the refund.
